Some Changes with Weekly Payments and Entitlements

As a result of the changes that happened to the Accident Compensation Act on 5 April 2010 some entitlements related to what happens with weekly payments have changed. Issues that have been changed include:

  • Annual Leave and Long Service Leave;
  • Stopping work or reducing hours when on Return to Work Plan; and
  • Redundancy or Severance payments.
