EBA NEGOTIATIONS

After discussions with the Company following our meeting on 15th July 2008, the Company rejected the proposal put by employees for the settlement of EBA negotiations.

After further discussions the Company has said it will agree to the following:

(a)    1 Year Agreement
(b)    No Overweights
(c)    Minimum actual working day 7 hours 40 minutes.
(d)    4% pay rise.

I will be up on Thursday 31st July to discuss this latest proposal.
